The Package: Zero Clues
When your order arrives, there is nothing on the outside that reveals what's inside.
- Plain brown or white box — no logos, no brand names, no product descriptions
- Generic shipping label — sender name shows a generic business name, not "myDollMate" or anything suggestive
- No product images anywhere on the packaging
- Double-boxed — the product box is inside a plain outer shipping box
Your delivery driver, your neighbors, your roommate — nobody will have any idea what's in the box.
The Billing: Complete Discretion
Your credit card or bank statement will show a generic business name. We never use "doll," "companion," or anything that could raise questions.
- PayPal transactions show our generic business entity
- Klarna/Afterpay installments use their standard billing descriptions
- No follow-up marketing mail sent to your physical address
The Shipping Process
Here's what happens after you place your order:
Week 1–2: Production
Your custom companion is crafted to your exact specifications at the manufacturer's facility.
Quality Check
Every doll undergoes rigorous inspection:
- Skin quality and color accuracy
- Joint functionality and skeleton check
- Feature testing (heating, sound, etc. if applicable)
- Cosmetic details (makeup, eyes, hair)
Factory QC Photos — Before We Ship
Before we ship, we send you real photographs of your actual doll (not stock photos) for your approval. This is rare in the industry — most stores ship without buyer confirmation.
You review the photos and either:
- ✅ Approve → we ship immediately
- 🔄 Request adjustments → the factory makes corrections
This step eliminates surprises and ensures you get exactly what you ordered.
Packaging & Shipping
- Product is carefully wrapped in protective foam and blankets
- Placed in a plain, unmarked box
- Shipped via major carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS)
- Full tracking number provided
- Shipping insurance included on every order

Customs & Import
For international orders, here's what you need to know:
- USA/Canada: No customs issues. Companion dolls are legal and we handle all documentation.
- Europe: Legal in most EU countries. Some may charge import VAT (typically 19–25%).
- Australia: Legal. May require customs inspection (standard for large packages).
- UK: Legal. Subject to import duty and VAT.
We include all necessary customs documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
Your Data: Encrypted & Private
Beyond physical privacy, your digital privacy matters too:

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
The carrier will leave it like any other large package, or attempt redelivery. You can also request a signature requirement or pick-up at a carrier facility.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Due to package size, PO Box delivery isn't possible. We can ship to any physical address, including freight forwarding services.
What if the package is damaged?
All shipments are insured. Contact us immediately with photos, and we'll file a claim. We recommend filming your unboxing as documentation.
Can anyone track my order back to your store?
No. The tracking information shows the carrier and generic sender only. No one can trace it to a companion doll store.
Do you ship to apartments?
Yes. The carrier will deliver to your door. For large buildings, you may want to schedule delivery when you can meet the driver at the entrance.
